The project, which will be constructed by FGM Yapı on the land parcels numbered 10 and 11, located on the 8881 block in Pendik Kurtköy District belonging to Fecri Koça and his shareholders (İbrahim Halil Sunay, Davut Çıtırık), will be operated by the Wyndham Group. The project, which is estimated to cost 550 million 472 thousand Turkish Lira, aims to achieve a first in Turkey by bringing together a hotel, health tourism, and housing fair.

Neighbor to Sabiha Gökçen Airport
The project provides transportation to Sabiha Gökçen Airport in a short time because it is located on the Pendik Kurtköy connection road and is adjacent to the airport.
570-bed hotel
The giant project has four blocks: A, B1, B2, and C. The hotel in Block A, with a construction area of 33 thousand square meters, has 202 rooms (2 beds), 11 suite rooms (2 beds), 3 physically disabled rooms (2 beds), and Block B1 has 69 rooms (2 beds), totaling 285 rooms and 570 beds.

Rich social facilities
The hotel includes a restaurant for 208 people, a pastry shop for 30 people, a bar/lounge for 94 people, a meeting room for 18 people, a meeting room for 60 people, a conference hall for 474 people, an indoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, an equipment gym, male and female hairdressers, and an indoor parking lot for 200 vehicles.

Major contribution to health tourism!
Block B2 of the project, which has a construction area of 13 thousand m2, is entirely built to contribute to health tourism. It includes a hair transplantation center, plastic surgery and dental clinic, and a beauty center.

Housing and fair area available
The project includes a 4500 square meter housing fair area. A housing fair area is also being built to bring together investors who want to buy housing and firms that want to market their properties.
The aim is to bring together local and foreign buyers, companies operating in housing production in Turkey, real estate technology firms, and leading actors in the sales sector at this fair area, concerning real estate in Turkey which receives the highest appreciation globally and maintains its international appeal.

Will be produced to be earthquake-resistant
The project is built in compliance with earthquake regulations, and suitability inspections for all types of earthquakes are being carried out.
The giant project, planned to be completed in December 2025, is already expected to attract great interest.
